Speaker Meeting Report: 60s Entertainment

What fun we had listening to Garry Sunley’s talk - 'Entertainment in the ‘60’s'!
Back in the day in Bridlington we had the Pirate Ship transmitting music to sing along and dance to in our mini skirts, while we enjoyed our youth clubs, scooter rallies and donkey rides for all.
Along with a picture presentation Garry spoke about the entertainment venues in Bridlington in the 1960’s of which there were many. The audience were delighted to be taken back in time, and "I remember when..." could be heard all round the room.
