Speaker Meeting Report: John Walker's Trip Down Memory Lane

We had a very successful and relaxing ‘Trip Down Memory Lane’ with John Walker, last night at our regular meeting place ‘North Bridlington Library’.

Our local historian John, did not disappoint with his picture presentation of Bridlington from the early 1800’s onwards and as always well supported, conversation flowed over tea and coffee afterwards with visitors interested in joining the society.

John has recently deposited his extensive archive of historic Bridlington material with the East Riding Archives for the benefit of future generations. If you would like to see records from this collection please have a look at the East Riding Archives website and online catalogue.
